This Platform accessible at https://astra-innovations.com/ or our mobile applications (“our Apps”) is set up by Astra Innovations LLC. Anybody that views or uses this Platform or uses our Apps should be aware of the following provisions.
By entering this Platform, and/or downloading any of our mobile applications, or using any of the information herein, you are agreeing to these provisions. These provisions shall constitute a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “users”) and Astra Innovations LLC. ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE AND YOU SHOULD ALSO UNINSTALL OUR APPS IMMEDIATELY. Astra Innovations reserves the right to amend or update these provisions at any time without notification, and such revised provisions have the same binding force.
At Astra Innovations (“us”, “we”, “our” or “Astra Innovations”) we value your privacy and the importance of safeguarding your data. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes our privacy practices for the activities set out below. As per your rights, we inform you how we collect, store, access, and otherwise process information relating to individuals. In this Policy, "Personal Data" refers to any information that on its own, or in combination with other available information, can distinguish an individual.

We may use a third party service provider, Independent contractors, agencies, or consultants to deliver and help us improve our products and services (such as customer support, payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, identification checks, and data and/or database management services). The Application uses payment processing services that allow you to process payments made through credit card or other methods. To enhance security, the Application transmits only such information as is necessary for the financial intermediaries involved in processing the transaction. Some of these services may also provide the ability to send messages to the User at specified times, such as e-mails containing invoices or notices regarding payment.

7.1 What are cookies?

ARTICLE 8 - RETENTION & DELETION

We may be permitted to retain Personal Data for a longer period of time if the User has consented to such processing until such consent is withdrawn.
Upon expiration of the retention period, the Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be exercised after the expiry of the retention period.

If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, we will delete it. For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy or any applicable laws, Astra Innovations explicitly confirms that it does not, has not, and shall not, in the future, sell, lease, rent, exchange, or otherwise monetize any personal data that it collects or has collected from its users, customers, or any other individuals. Astra Innovations recognizes that the trust and confidence of its users and customers in its data handling practices are paramount. Accordingly, Astra Innovations undertakes to uphold and prioritize the principles of data protection, confidentiality, and security. It shall employ and continue to employ necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all personal data in its possession or control.

We may modify this Policy at any time. If we make changes to this Policy then we will post an updated version of this Policy on our Platform and our Apps. We may, and if required by law, will also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via email (if you have an account where we have your contact information) or another manner through the Platform. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the Platform or our Apps (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your continued use of the Platform our Apps after the posting of a modified Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.

14.1 European Users: If you have a complaint about this policy or any element of your personal information that we hold then please contact us below. Users in the European Union can lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority if they believe our processing of their personal data violates the GDPR.
14.2 California Users and Residents: California residents have the right to know what personal information about them is collected, to have that information deleted, to choose not to have that information sold, and to be treated fairly if they choose to exercise any of these rights, according to the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). None of the information that we collect about you is sold.
